Timber Floor Surface Repairs
Sometimes we leave a scratch or dent in our timber floor that is in otherwise great condition. In these situations, it may not be necessary to re-sand the whole floor, a Surface Repair* will fix it at a fraction of the cost.
This process involves us using a combination of hard waxes, paints and graining pens to level and repair the damage. Our repair technician will carefully assess the grain of the timber in when completing the repair to get the best result in terms camouflaging the appearance of the damaged surface.
Once complete the scratches are generally difficult to see from a standing position but will possibly still be noticeable from a kneeling or close position or in certain light. This no mess – no fuss system, means the floor can continue to be walked on 30 minutes after repair has been completed and is suitable for almost every floor type.
