Decking is a great addition to any home but keeping it in tip-top condition can be less fun.

Depending on its exposure to the elements, decking generally benefits from a maintenance coat every 12 months, but this can be reduced to as little as 6 months if the deck is exposed to full sun all year round or regular winter storms.

Maintenance coats are suitable for decks where the coating presentation is still quite good, and the maintenance coat of oil can simply top up the volume of oil on the deck to keep the timber well protected.

If your deck is in somewhat of a state of disrepair, or the coating has worn through to bare timber, then we will need to complete a full deck restoration.
