For just $250 the Timber Floor Doctor will arrange a visit to your home to inspect the damaged floor and provide you with a full report on all of these items.
The assessment report can be used to provide details for your insurance company to authorise repairs to be completed. In many instances insurance companies will complete this assessment for you, but some do request customers to arrange their own assessments and this is where Timber Floor Doctor can help.
If you complete a timber floor assessment with the Timber Floor Doctor and then arrange to have the repair work completed by us, we will discount the repair by the $250 assessment fee in good faith.
