Full Re-Sand and Coating For Natural Timber Floors
Timber floors eventually start to show signs of aging over time, and when scratches and dents detract from the beauty of your timber floor then its time to have a Full Restoration.
A Full Restoration takes your tired old floor and makes it look like new again. We Re-sand the entire floor back to bare timber using the most modern floor sanding methods to minimise the amount of timber taken as well as reducing airborne dust.
Once the floor is flat and ready, we apply your preferred coating, be it solvent based, waterborne or a hard wax oil. On this point, we’ll happily guide you through all the available coating options to work out which will work best for you.
And if you would like to change the colour of your floor, we can help there too with staining and other treatments to help you create a new look. Naturally this process adds cost, but it can also help you create a completely new look for your home without the expense of laying a whole new floor!

Floors suitable for re-sanding restorations include Solid Timber, Engineered Timber (generally only 1 or 2 re-sands in it lifetime due to 3mm wear layers) Bamboo and Parquetry.
